Germany, Luftwaffe. A Pilot’s Badge, by C.E. Juncker Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic 95 mm (w) x 47(Flugzeugfhrerabzeichen). Constructed of nickel silver and tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with two visible rivets securing the obverse eagle in place, with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked C. E. JUNCKER, BERLIN, measuring 65. 14 mm (w) x 52. 55 mm
