Jordi Miro Ennak 2016 sons-of-eden Vissoux's entry cuvée is drawnRipe, smoke accented red fruit and spicecake scents, along with a hint of candied flowers. Pliant and openknit, offering sappy raspberry and cherry flavours and a jolt of peppery spices. Finishes with a repeating floral note, good cling and supple, easygoing tannins that come on slowly.
