BIO Sekt Brut Flaschengärung Eisenberg more elegantOrganic winery with 2 Falstaff stars. Cuve from Grner Veltliner & Riesling with some Pinot Noir. The grapes were harvested by hand. Classic bottle fermentation takes place. Fine herbal spice in the scent, on the palate an exciting interplay of lime, stone fruit and green apple. Fine perlage, long lasting. Recommended as an aperitif as well as with Austrian cuisine. Ideal drinking temperature: 8 10C. Alcohol 12. 5% vol., brut.
