Landowner Relations
Many projects, such as wind turbine and pipeline projects, are carried out on privately owned land. Groupe Conseil UDA provides a service that acts as a link between the developer and landowner. The duty of the “liaison agent” includes, but is not limited to, explaining the project to the landowner, listening to their concerns, and negotiating access and easement rights. Our agents’ extensive knowledge of the projects and the host environments, along with their ability to quickly provide information in a clear way, allows Groupe Conseil UDA to efficiently and respectfully answer any questions and requests from owners, thereby facilitating the project.
